West Jordan Shingle Roof Replacement

The American Fork project involved replacing an aging tile roof as part of a larger remodel. Our crew tore off the tile roof, redecked with new sheathing, and adjusted the back side of the roof to align properly with a previous addition that was not flush. This extra step ensured a clean, even transition. The homeowner appreciated our attention to detail and efficiency, noting the long-term durability of the new system. We installed Malarkey Highlander shingles (Midnight Black), which are made with recycled materials and 3M granules that help fight pollution. The project was completed in 5 days, backed by a standard manufacturer warranty and A&A’s in-house 2-year workmanship warranty.
